I have tried to look at adding broadband and tv to my account every night this week and get this message repeatedly. Doesn’t look like EE want the business.

I'm disappointed to hear you're facing some issues with your online account when trying to add another product. 

I think it's best you contact us directly if this is happening in your EE app and main online account. From there, one of our Guides will be able to check why you're seeing errors and help you further.
