Help desk says it is the problem of the connected device not something at their end.
So just so you all know. If you can't connect to EE, it's your own fault and not EE's.
The ultimate PASS THE BUCK.
Doesn't stop them taking your money though.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
