Mobile Phone plan doesn't show up in new look app

I am trying to view and amend details on my PAYG Mobile plan but since the new look app update I am unable to see my plan.  When I try and link my mobile number it tells me it is already linked but it does not show up in the app.  The manage page just says buy a new phone or broadband package to see it in here and the home page tells me to link a product ( but it is already linked)

 

Please help

Do you see the same issue if you log in to your account at id.ee.co.uk/login?

I have similar to the original poster…tried logging in via online and it’s the same. Any advice please?

Can you view your details if you log into the EE account online? 

Are you asked to link a product when you log into the app?

Hello.

it seems to be fixed now. Re-opened the app and it asked me to login instead of automatically logging in.

can view all account details and app is back to its standard look.
