Difficulty in signing into myee account all the time

Hi!

My name is Lorna. I'm sick too death off trying to sign into myee account and not getting anywhere. I've been a loyal customer know for over 4 years,  have paid my bills and have had a somewhat excellent time with ee. I've been trying to order an upgrade phone for months know and get no where. I need help
