Unable to contact EE UK

I tried to call at 17.00 was told I could get a callback on 15 minutes. I replied YES to the pre-validation texts. I didn’t get a call back so tried to call again, but whatever options I choose I get a message saying offices are closed (at 18:30) but your website says it is open till 20:00. The EE app appears to be down so cannot use live chat. I urgently need to speak to a CS rep. Any ideas?

EE is open until 9 pm tonight. 

You can use chat via your EE app.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.
