Hi Folks,
I have 5 numbers on my account. Currently, when i open the EE App, it defaults to my old man’s number. Can i change it to default to mine?
Also, is there a facility to give names to the numbers? I’ve just moved over from Virgin and their app has this ability so I’m assuming EE can since they are the better network but i can’t find either of these utilities online or in the app.
Thanks
Dan

It always defaults to the lowest-numbered a/c.
In the app it will use your contacts' names if you give it permission to use them. You can't do this in the online MyEE.

Thanks. The address book is a good workaround.
Should definitely be able to re-order the numbers or set default (Maybe recognise which number the account is logged in?) since the bill payer is usually the one who will be using the app.
thanks again

I’ve just done this - each account has a primary number which will be at the top of the list, then all the rest list in order beneath it. You can call or chat to get customer services to change the primary number.
