I'm logged into ee.co.uk and browsing SIMO deals. When I find one, there's a link below the option titled "log in for saving".
Hovering over the button suggests I'm going to be directed to https://ee.co.uk/shop/mobile/add-sim-only-deals
However, I'm then redirected to What are you looking for? (ee.co.uk) and there's no content on the page (bar the usual page header and footer). Needs fixing urgently, please

Good afternoon @RichardFR, thanks for stopping by!
Let's take a look into this one, are you looking to take this as an upgrade to an existing plan, or as an additional line?
Peter?

Hi Peter
Have since been dealing with one of your Brilliant colleagues who's arranged the move from PAYG to SIMO (hope that part answers your question) on your side, but the issue still persists on the website. Definite fault here.

I'm really glad to hear that you've managed to get in touch with a member of our team to get the move sorted @RichardFR.
The option you see on the SIM Only page with 'Are you an existing EE mobile customer' more refers to customers adding extra SIMs to their current pay monthly account as opposed to switching from pay as you go.
There's still a discount for doing this, but the process of redeeming this is a bit different.
You can find out more about this right here.
Peter

I appreciate what you're saying re the move to SIMO (and thanks for the link), but the fact remains that the link to "Shop Mobile" when logged in still fails and takes me to the - effectively empty - What are you looking for? (ee.co.uk) page.
Steps are: from Shop Page (ee.co.uk) , click Mobile (https://ee.co.uk/shop/mobile) and it takes me to the "What are you looking for page?" with nothing on it.

Hi Richard, you're certainly not alone in this. For some reason some accounts are unable to upgrade / add new lines to their accounts online, faced with the blank What are you looking for? screen. EE have been aware of this problem for months, with no end in sight.
I had to complete my upgrade over the phone which meant of course listening to the upselling tactics with broadband. It's just not good enough.
If you're interested, there are a few more threads on here that talk about this issue, with the EE community staff essentially denying that it exists. As an example, one thread is called "Website is broken and doesn't direct me to upgrade page".
