Login to EE app as BT customer

Hi,
I have been sent a new EE router to use with my BT broadband full fibre. All working well but how can I login to the EE app as a current BT customer! Many thanks

Don't think you can if you are only a BT BB cust. You would need to register an EE ID/email addy to use an EE a/c.
Why have you been sent an EE router when you are on BT BB? You sure you've not been transferred to EE BB by BT?

I have not got any information from EE in regards to account changing over. I will wait and see in the coming days.
BT router was not working properly when new fibre installed yesterday. Contacted BT and they sent me the EE router. They did give me new terms and conditions with EE but not received any information as yet.
