Login Looping and Going Nowhere

I have 2 EE accounts. I have no problem logging in and viewing my bills, etc, but on the other I enter login name and password and get the following:

'We’re working on it

We’re just getting things ready behind the scenes. Please wait a minute then refresh the page.

(2005)'
 
When I refresh the page it just asks for the login details again. When I try to login on the App it also does not work.
 
 
This has been going on for a week and is extremely frustrating.
 
Any solutions?

Hi @FrustratedJohn1 

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and delete your online account for the second account. Then you can register again and it should work.
