I haven’t got live chat showing on my app

The live chat window will appear when an advisor is available.

Have you tried using online chat through out Contact Us Page?

Good morning Jon,

I have tried that but the contact us page isn’t showing. The live chat was there a few weeks back but no longer showing 

please advise

Are you able to try using another browser to see if the live chat window is available, @Nicolahull79?
