Please do not suggest the 'get in touch' page, as there is no live chat option available there.

Have you tried restarting your phone?

If it still isn't working after that, please pop your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status'. It will let you know if we're aware of any problems in the area, or let you report one if we're not.
