Anyone else having trouble linking products? If so how did you resolve it?
It's only happened since I switch 1 of my lines to sum only but now I can't even access my bill nor access upgrades and the like for my other products
Any help would be massively appreciated

What happens if you try and link the products in your EE account? Do you get an error message?
Can you view any details in the EE account?

I have been trying quite often over the last month & half and it's an error message every time, so I'm at a loss of what to do

Thanks @Grimmest, what does this error message say exactly?
Also is there any chance you could have linked a different email address for your log in?
