Hi when i log in to my ee account and go to link my device i won't let me i need to check if it is link to a old account and change to my new email address and account if I can get some help

You will need to ring customer service to speak to them about your account, as they can then verify and cancel your old account and register or refresh your account.
To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
