I am so disappointed inEE I have not got a good thing to say about them!! I am sick having to repeat myself in chatt regarding on going issue . It was from malt arranged for my new contract phone to be collected as I’m housebound they were ment to collect it on the 3rd but never appeared all I want is to make sure my contract is cancelled as I got the use of it for one day so it was arranged. to cancel as in cooling of period then I am going to cancel my sims plus my broadband and will never go back to EE again

@Meb197 : There isn't any. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

I'm sorry to hear of your experience with this. I understand you've tried the chat function, but have you been able to call to discuss this? Our Customer Support team will be able to check the status of the return and give you some peace of mind that it's being sorted.
If needed, they'll be able to open a complaint so that it's all logged on your account.
