I recently considered upgrading both of my SIM-only contracts, but the experience I had with EE’s chat-based customer service was extremely disappointing. The level of rudeness and lack of care displayed by the representatives was shocking.
It’s clear that the so-called "Customer Care Team" is neither offering real support nor service — they simply repeat scripted responses from their screens without genuinely trying to help. After being a loyal customer for years, it’s disheartening to see such disregard for long-term users.
EE's service quality has noticeably declined since the COVID period. The staff I interacted with came across as undertrained, dismissive, and unprofessional. It’s no wonder many customers are losing confidence in the brand.
I sincerely hope EE takes this kind of feedback seriously, as there’s a clear need for improvement in both staff training and customer service standards.

It is not that but the way some representative talks to people and behaves like they are above all.
