I have had a similar problem I pay my bill and I also pay a pay as you go chip for my daughter . My contract has expired so I went into the EE shop to upgrade when I questioned why my bill was so high the lady was giving me a break down and I noticed a number I didn’t recognize so I questioned this I was told the contract was taken out in a store some time ago I said that was not me and I asked to see the contract with my signature . They said they couldn’t produce this so it would be passed to the fraud department I waited a few months called them back they said this would take considerable time to sort out and they would write to me with the outcome never happened. I worked it out they owe me about 300 pound what do I do now. .
