Link broadband to app

Trying to link new broadband to app. Followed instructions up until was asked to call 150. Did this and when through the normal questions and was told to expect an email with a link. That was 2 days ago still nothing. Anyone have a work around or do I have to go through it all again

Have you checked your spam/junk folders for the email?

yeah tried all that . will have to call again, but looking at this community its a common problem that no-one has been able to solve yet

Well that was the end of EE community support !! I have since made 3 phones calls all telling me it will be sorted within the next few days. …., still waiting. What a disgrace!

Yes raised a complaint. Had an email saying that if they don’t hear from me in 14 days they will close it. No-one has been in touch.
