Anyone else having trouble loading the help option on the app?
I want to message with a guide not on the telephone and I can’t find another way to do this.

Hi,
Need to speak to someone about billing etc. Unable to make a payment right now.
When I need issues resolving before I use the message us in the app but my help section won’t load to do so.
