EE Website doesn't work. Very laggy. Won't load requests at all.

Trying to login to my ee account via their website on a laptop. As soon as you click manage your account and request any info it just says " This service isn't working right now". Everytime I visit this website something doesn't work.  Why are you struggling so much to make a well designed website? everyone else manages. Things like this make you want to leave.

Which info are you trying to load that you are having an issue with after pressing manage? I have just tested and it seems to be loading ok at the moment, does it also effect your account when using other browsers or the app?

I am having the same problem, all I get are items for sale. As a new customer to EE I am not impressed with their service. 

I am just trying to log in to see how much my bill is for broadband.

Welcome to the EE Community

Do you mean when you login it is not showing your broadband account details there? As it sounds like the account may not be linked if so, if you scroll to the bottom of the website home page after first logging in there is an option to Link a device to link up your account.

Once you are linked up or if you are linked up already, you should be able to press the Manage button along the top of the website, then Bills and Payments to access your broadband bills.
