Issues with loading Upgrade screen

 Hi

Is anyone else getting this screen and message when they click to look at upgrade offers?

It says on the app I can upgrade now, but then takes me to this screen but doesn't let me clock on the upgrade section.

Welcome to the community.

Is it possible for you to try logging onto the EE website on a different device, just to see if you can get logged in fully on that? If you're still not able to access it, our customer support team will be able to look into it for you, if you give them a call on 150.

I've also tried logging off and on, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, going onto the EE website direct and restarting my phone and still doesn't work.
