I’ve tried logging into my account a couple of times over the last few months, both via the app and website, and I get a message saying the app/myee is being improved/updated so I can’t access it right now.
Has this been going on for a while? Any idea when it will be finished?

It’s not working for me either, same for the app - they made a note of this on the website but no further info! Is your network working? Mine isn’t 😞

It's always been a lie. Websites don't generally get taken offline to update them, they get updated on a separate network and then deployed live instantly when it's all working and tested. They would have to be the most incompetent tech company around to intentionally take their entire service down for hour or days while working on it.
It's just broken. Seems to be down most of the time these days.
