Dear EE Insurance Team,

 

My name is Sai *********i, and I am writing to follow up on my insurance claim regarding my lost mobile device. Below are my details for your reference:

Date of Loss & Compliant: 17-12-2024

 

Location: Barking

I reported the issue to the EE Insurance Team and submitted a complaint, but the matter remains unresolved. I have been trying to contact the insurance team via phone at 01684362270 since 23-12-2024, but I have not been able to connect with them.

 

To expedite the resolution, I kindly request you to arrange an appointment for me to discuss and resolve this issue my contact number is *********** and alternative number is ************.

 

I would greatly appreciate it if you could address this matter urgently and guide me on the next steps. Please do not hesitate to reach out for any further details or clarification.

 

If they are not provide claim I go with legally consumers court

@Morampudisai  this is a EE public forum not custom Support and not a place to make contact with EE insurance you will need to call them.. Have tired calling customer support? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you for your response. I’ve been contacting EE customer support 10 to 15 times a day, but they keep telling me that the insurance team will contact me. I’ve been waiting since 23-12-2024, and I still haven’t received a call from the EE Insurance team. It’s been very frustrating, and I’m hoping someone here might have advice on how to escalate this matter further. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

It sounds like the claim is still being handled. The insurance team should contact you, once a decision is made.

I understand your frustration at the process. If you would like to log a complaint against your account, you can do so here on this complaints form. That way, our complaints team will be able to check to make sure the correct processes are being followed and contact you to discuss it.
