I lost my device S24 ultra last 23rd December. I did my claim on the same day evening. Still I not get any response from the insurance team. They gave me a insurance number 01684362270. I call this number more than 50 times. My call is not picked up even once. I think they gave a fake number for fool us. I completely unsatisfied about this process. Worst customer service that I have ever faced.
