I need to download the June 2024 bill. However when logged on to the EE website the link to the bills is not working, it just keeps taking me back to the home screen. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Could you try loading it on another device or browser please or downloading it through the EE App?

Yes I am having the same problem - nothing at all happens when I try to use the link - absolutely zero.

Have you been able to try clearing the cookies and cache from your browser to see if that helps?
If it doesn't, are you able to try another browser or device?
Have you tried to view the bill in the EE app?

Yes, it didn't; not prepared to waste my time working round EE's problem; repeat answer 2 plus not prepared to download your app (which according to other reports won't work anyway).

This problem still exists, has anyone from EE managed to fix the issue or advise of a user friendly solution??
I need to print an invoice, have never had a problem before, why is this now an issue??

If you have tried the steps already recommended in this thread to no effect, please give us a call on 150 so that one of our technical guides can run some checks on your account and open a ticket for your issue to help get it resolved.

I did call yesterday. Was advised that there is a problem with the web site🤷♀️
Agent said she would email the invoice for me in the meantime & I would receive it within the hour…… I still haven’t received it!
