Link to bills is not working when logged onto EE website

I need to download the June 2024 bill.  However when logged on to the EE website the link to the bills is not working, it just keeps taking me back to the home screen.  Has anyone else come across this problem?

@sinead51 I am sorry the invoice you has not come through after speaking to us, did you check your junk or promotions folder in case it ended up there? If not it would getting back in touch on 150 to double check the e-mail they used was correct.

I'm having exactly the same problem... Haven't got time to phone EE each month to get an invoice. Was told last time I phoned  it would be sent through automatically each month - but as expected from EE - no invoice has been received...  

And by the way, their website hasn't been working for downloading invoice for the last 6 months plus.  Whenever you phone them they always say work is being done on the website....

 

 

oh, I also downloaded the app just now to see if I could get the invoice that way - and as you would expect from EE, I couldn't even get past the log in screen - it wouldn't accept my usual log in name and password.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your bills, as this certainly isn't what we would expect. If you're not able to view your bills in your online account then this will likely impact your app as well. If you give our team a call then they can look into why you've not received the paper bills you were expecting, and ensure these will be sent moving forward.

Typical EE - don't sort the problem, just tell you to phone them.  They must think we have all the time in the world to hold whist they decide whether or not to eventually answer the phone.
