Récent app update

Since the recent app update I’m unable to manage broadband controls, like setting schedules, pages just hang. Any one else with the same issue or know how to resolve?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Same issue since the app update, login in to the app it says the service is not working.

Same if I login to the website and go to "manage" Screenshot 2025-08-01 175059.png
