ee app and website is shocking can not see my bill as its always saying this is not available right now been like it for months i report it and and they do nothing. i don't want to keep calling and having to wait on the phone just to sort my bill out EE sort it out its not hard to fix a small issue like this.

Welcome to the community,
You will need to ring customer service to get them to refresh your account, and then you should be able to log in again and it should work. Please also make sure that you have the latest app, which came out end of last week.
