Hi

Can you still have a Live Chat with an EE advisor? Rather than phoning. I can't seem to be able to find that option.

The "start conversation" button never appears.

I am a pay monthly by DD customer.

Clearly EE have made it as inconvenient as possible to cancel a data sim contract.

To cancel a contract you would need to call us on 150 or 0800 079 8586 and the team will be happy to help.
