I know you'll be keen to find out what is happening with your order.
It is worth checking the spam or junk folder on your email to see if anything has dropped into there.
If there is no email there either, give our customer service guides a call, and they'll bring up your account and check that the order has gone through.
If it didn't, they can help to get it placed.
