The updated app update is awful. It used to be clunky but functional; now it is just plain unuseable.
Every time I try logging it, it either hangs and then eventually crashes or (teasingly) lets me move between screens really slowly, then crashes....or flat out tells me it can't recover that information because of a problem.
Don't tell me to download and reinstall it again. That's been done and changed nothing.
All I want to do is gift data (a facility seemingly only possible via the app) and I cannot do that.

Update: I reinstalled just now and got in today and was able to gift data. But immediately after doing that again I got the "we can't recover that information, please try again later" error.
I bet if I try again later I will again see the usual hanging / freezing issues.
This has been going on since at least April. Suggestion: don't try adding new functionality., changing the UI or anything "developmental"...please, please just fix the core functionality that is already there.
