I can't call anyone in chat

My application does not have the option to call anyone in chat

@Edwvieira01  Are you a PAYG customer? If you are then live chat isn’t available to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
