I Can't view my bill

Anyone else having issues on their EE app and desktop with regards to viewing bills. I am unable to view previous and current bills. This has been like this for the last 6 days

I'm assuming they'd be more proactive in fixing the problem if people couldn't place orders for phones and phone contracts

Agreed, my bill is 40 higher as I had it on text to check and want to check my breakdown of charges to make sure its accurate so if it ain't fixed soon I'll be cancelling my direct debit and they will probably have a fit for me doing so.

I need a copy of my current and last months bill - can you please get this escalated as clearly this is an issue impacting lots of customers.

Hi all.

We’re aware of a small number of user who are having problems accessing their bills online. Our support teams are investigating this and working to fix it as soon as possible. 

In the meantime, please try using the EE App and the EE Online desktop site. If you still can’t access your bills, and you need information urgently, please give us a call on 150.

I did Chris and you should know that both app and website are using the same api’s so if it is broken on one it’ll be broken on the other. 
it also cannot be “a small number of users” given the multiple threads on here, and this is just the canary in the coal mine. 
Calling 150 is useless, they don’t know what to do either and say “it will auto fix itself over time”, when clearly it won’t. 
If EE cannot provide me a bill then I don’t see why I should pay it.

I am having the same "oops something went wrong" try again later.... been like this for about 4 days?

Same here. Both app & website does the same. I cannot view my bills on both. Done all the usual reinstall ect. Still the same. Phoned complaints & support who told me an update may be out tonight. Many many customers having same problems. We shall see. I wont hold my breath. EE if you want customers to pay thier bills then FIX IT!

I phoned yesterday as not been able to view my bill either for well over a week ...ee told me my bill total for me to check this morning and its not the amount they said ....taken an extra £20  ...still can't see bill to check this and find out why .....so annoying
