How?

So I pay for my device and my ex's he's somehow locked my account so I can't see any billing etc and there's an apple device on my account. How do I get him off as he's clearly changed security as it says account locked from third party but im the only account holder??? I've changed email, passwords etc but it's still saying certain things are locked

Have you contacted our mobile guides on 150 to update your security details and also remove any third party access you have on the account? 

Does this message show in your EE account? 

Does the Apple device have a different number than the two you currently have on the account?
