Existing expensive contract. Would like to change to cheaper tariff

My All Rounder tariff is horrendously expensive for some reason and cost has soared over past few years.  Want to change to cheaper tariff, but can't see how to do it as an existing customer.  Certainly don't want to add another line.

@Mar17  Are you eligible to upgrade?    Text upgrade to 150 to find out.    If you’re not eligible to upgrade you can not change the current contract price to a cheaper one.  If you can upgrade you can change it to a cheaper sim only tariff.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Contractually you have agreed to pay your monthly charges for at least the duration of your minimum term. If you're still within that minimum term, then you're bound by it.

If you are beyond the minimum term, you are free to change plan including a SIM-only. If you text UP to 150, this will tell you whether you are eligible for an upgrade - that eligibility kicks in 30days before the end of your minimum-term.

24 month contract ended in March!  I am on a SIM only deal as I have a John Lewis Samsung.  Will text 150 as you suggest.  Just don't want to rnd up with a new phone or 2 lines by mistake!!  MSent from my Galaxy

The text to 150 will confirm whether you are in or outside your minimum-term.

It sounds like you're outside, in which case you're free to change payment plan to whatever you like.
