Need to delete old accounts from EE.

Hello,

I have the following issue, every time I phone EE tech support I have to wait for them to find the right account, when I asked why, they tell me that there are old account that have been closed but still listed on there database, when I asked they told me that the old accounts were from BT as well.

Is there a way to get all the old closed accounts for EE and BT removed from the Database.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You can also visit the privacy centre, and request details on the information we hold and ask for these accounts to be removed.

Hello Leanne,

my dad used to have BT accounts when he died I took over the accounts I need the accounts in his name removed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello Leanne,

Thank you for sending me the link for privacy centre I fill out the form summited it and phoned EE a week later and they told me that all of dads BT accounts have been removed from the database.
