How long is app going to be down?????

I need to turn WiFi back on a couple of devices but unable too as app is not working!! I don’t get why it can only be done that way and not online 😤😤

I am sorry to hear your app is not working, please could you check if your app is on the latest software. 

If the app is still not working, please try uninstalling the app and re-installing it.
