How does one feedback experience of using Passkeys on the EE website with video?

I have recently moved from BT to EE and found it is good that EE is using Passkeys. I also have to say not so good they are still using SMS 2FA!

But the implementation of Passkeys does seem unfinished. Is there any way to feedback my experience including a video taken at the time showing the areas that would benefit from improving?
