How can i gift data as the app is down

Welcome to the community,

The app works for me, have just tried it, have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

My app not working, I have installed and reinstalled. Just logged in via desktop version via Google.co.uk and managed to gift data.

Thanks for coming here. 

Have you been able to log in since you posted?

If not, can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app?

Does this work for you?
