Hopeless app

I am leaving EE because of the app. I try everything, switching off and on, trying to connect with just the phone signal, then with just wifi on,  password changes - after which I get emails saying password successfully changed - and then it doesn't work!! It's hopeless. I'll probably pay more elsewhere - I'm on a reasonably good deal - but it will be worth it. Life is just too short to continue struggling with EE!

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@LeavingEE5 , I would suggest to ask customer service to do an account refresh, then login  again. Do you have the latest app?

On the latest app - I log in, and then it always says they can't load my info.

On the website, yes I can. Leaving because I'm tired of trying and I'm not going on a wild goose chase yet again!!

Yes, latest app. But I'm not prepared to keep trying - they seem hopeless.
