Can’t log in to the app, put my email address in and it won’t go any further. Can log on my computer but have never been able to log on using the app, compete garbage.

If you have not already please try completely uninstalling and re-installing the app for a new first time log-in and see if it allows you to login that way. If the issue is still there, I would recommend testing logging in on the app on another phone/device to help clarify if its something device related or account related.
If it is account related I would recommend reaching out to our technical team to report the issue so that our team can investigate it.
