Hi,
I'm trying to connect my phone to the app but it saying my number is invalid even though I've been on we now for over a year

Welcome to the EE Community
Are you selecting the Link a product button when logged into the app and entering your number to receive a passcode? Try fully closing down the app, rather than juts minimizing and then going back and retyping your mobile number.
If you still have an issue try logging into ee.co.uk and selecting the Link a product button on the website to see if you encounter the same issue when linking on the website.
