Months now and we still cannot access our bills either online or via the app. We are a small corporate with 10 handsets.Hopeless - hours now waiting to speak to someone who can sends us a link so we can see our bills. How can such a big tech company ...

We know how important it is for you to be able to view your bills, so I'm sorry to hear you're having this trouble. If you're not able to access these online then you can speak with our team who will be able to send these out to you through the post, until this issue is resolved.
