Am deaf and have new phone all day been trying to get in to myaol and watapp no joy all day

What happens when you try to use WhatsApp?
Can you use other internet-based services on your phone?

@braysunnyx2 , are you in contract with EE or pay as you go?
If pay as you go you will need to contact them if on a mobile contract, you should be able to do this by clicking on settings in EE app and then scroll down to where it says Parental Control and change it there, or you can log in via the website to your account and do it there.
