Gift data- App & Website issues

Anyone else having issues gifting data?I've been trying on & off for 24 hours to gift data to my children. The app and website say they have trouble connecting to the server and to try again or contact them. I'm currently 25 minutes into a supposed 45 minute wait to speak to someone.  

I've even deleted the app and reloaded it, but still the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

same here, never worked since new app launched and website is just as bad so cant just blame app. terrible for a communications company

Agreed  Just spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone  The very helpful agent ended up gifting the data for me  Even he couldn't find out where to do it on the website   Their IT department is obviously overmanned/underutilised because they are messing around with the website unnecessarily - and its not working!   

 

Sat on hold now for 15mins already whilst they tell me they have unusual amount of calls. What a joke. Maybe hire more staff

Day after day, the EE app and website don't work.  I can't gift data, can't see how much data I have, on and on.  How is this possible for supposedly one of the best phone companies in the UK?  Am on the verge of leaving EE.

Well this is new; they have a sub domain called sorry.ee.co.uk, with the previous layout/navigation design!sorry.PNG
