I've been looking at getting one of the TVs on finance. I looked at the beginning of the month, and it allowed me to select up to 48 months repayment option with a deposit on the tv. I didn't have the deposit at the time. Waited a week, went to purchase the tv, but it was out of stock. Now that its back in stock, the website will only allow me to apply for a 9 month finance contract, and the app doesn't even load the finance options (I left it open and trying to load for 20 minutes and gave up). Is there a reason that it won't allow me to select longer than 9 months. It does if I select a highest price tv.

Have read someone else had the same problem, not sure why that is happening, but I would suggest speaking to customer service, they should be able to sort it out for you, I am sure that there is a simple explanation why this is happening to you.

I was looking at the sony Bravia 8, as I said in the post it allowed me before it went out of stock 2 weeks ago, to select more than 9 months, but no longer now. I've attached 2 screenshots, one stating the oringal price that I can pay monthly (advertised before adding to basket) and then one showing the finance options once its in the basket. I did speak to an EE rep online and they said that I need to contact the finance team, but when I did this, they said that its not their end for the problem.

@Raggamuffin1986 Just wanted to let you know I have been updated that this should be fixed now for those products that were effected. It looks like the Sony Bravia 8 is unfortunately out of stock at the moment though I appreciate you might have went with a different option by now anyway, but just wanted to provide an update and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
