Any ones ee app not logging in?

@raffa2k8 mine is working fine, not sure why yours is not. Has this just happened or been going on?
If this is happening and you are not able to log-in, make sure that you have the latest version of the app, try uninstalling and then reinstalling it, otherwise you will have to ring customer services to get them to refresh your account, when they open again in the morning.

Have cleared cache, tried 3 different mobiles with EE app and still after login comes back with error. Maybe no one there to sort it as it's bank holiday weekend

Are you able to log in directly through the EE website, rather than the app?

Yea I can login in website but it's the app I need to control WiFi controls/timer etc. There should be the same kind of controls setting on the website as a fail safe as now I can't turn WiFi off at a decent time for kids bedtime. It's badly designed an app runs very sluggish on couple of phones I've tried. The app was logged in about a week ago then I went to use it and it was logged out.

I totally appreciate you'll want to make use of controlling your services. As you're able to log into the EE account online, your account service must be working correctly. I'd recommend calling Customer Service where the technical team can look into the issues you're facing logging into the EE app, since it seems to be the same on different devices.
