Hello all,
I renewed my SIM only contract on the 11th Feb. I decided over the weekend to cancel within the cooling off period and called 150 on the 23rd Feb (Sunday) and spoke to advisor who completed/submitted the cooling off form while I was on the phone. He did say it was something I could do myself, but when I had tried the process it stalled as would only let me proceed if I gave the IMEI number of a device, and no option to state it was a SIM only contract I was cancelling.
Anyway...The thing is I have not heard anything since. No text to advise cancellation is in process/cancelling within 14 days/PAC number etc. Am I being a bit premature and I will hear something on the third working day, or do I need to chase it up?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If this was an upgrade, the plan would be changed back to the one you had before the upgrade and you can then request a PAC or cancel the contract.
Has the plan and contract dates been changed back in your EE account?

Account still seems to be the new contract details/plan dates.
