Resolved! Pay my bill

I'm trying to pay my bill online as it didn't go through on the payment date due to my account being frozen due to fraudulent activity.  It says its overdue but it won't let me pay the outstanding balance.  Can any one help please

Two payments coming out

Hello so I’ve had two payments come out of my monthly direct debit so I paid early on in the month of June and £80 fee so remainder was 2.68 but it took out the full direct debit and not what was remaining
