Just recently updated my EE app and now the help tab won’t load on the iPhone app. I’ve reinstalled and also reset my phone with no success. Anyone else facing the same issue?

Are other section of the app loading ok just not the help page? Is it a specific error that comes up? And have you tested on both data and WiFi?

Hi I' ve recently upgraded phone and have the same issue, it accepts my login but then says there is a problem and wont load I get similar issue with web site

I'm disappointed to hear that you're having issues with the EE app and your main online account.
If this error appears no matter what you try to view, it could be that your products are not linked correctly. Are you able to check if your products are showing? We have a help page 👉 Linking Your EE Products that may be useful for this.
