Can somebody please fix the ongoing issues with App.

The app is needed to control WiFi extenders. Does not work. It like groundhog day. Have been having issues with this App since moving from BT to EE. Never had any issues when with BT, their router details were clear and accessible.

I wish I never switched.

The website tells you to load the App to change router settings. If the App is not working, like now! Then there is no other way to access them. It ridiculous. When with BT I had no issues.
